Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director Technology Leader Surgery for Germany & UK. You will partner with regional leadership to shape growth, modernize platforms, and deliver AI-enabled capabilities for patients and providers. This role leads a technology organization across the Surgery portfolio.

You will align strategy with business goals, drive a multi‑year platform roadmap, and ensure compliant, scalable solutions while developing talent and fostering an inclusive culture across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business.
• 8+ years in technology leadership with line‑of‑business, engineering, or product teams; 6+ years in people leadership.
• Proven track record in applying technology to solve business problems with strong communication and stakeholder partnership.
• Experience with business processes (bids & tenders, order to cash, customer engagement) and foundational tech platforms (ERP, CRM, MES).
• Fluency with cloud, APIs, data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML/GenAI; capable of scaling digital initiatives.
• Experience modernizing legacy environments while introducing new digital and AI-enabled solutions safely and compliantly.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional technology organization for Surgery in the region.
• Orchestrate the full breadth of JJT products, platforms, and services to maximize value.
• Partner with regional leaders to define priorities and deliver outcomes, aligning roadmaps with business goals.
• Develop technology as a competitive advantage and drive Go‑to‑Market agility across markets.
