Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the United Kingdom is seeking a Manager Clinical Data Transparency, Data Sharing within the Clinical Data Standards and Transparency team. This hybrid role (3 days on-site) supports data sharing across multiple countries, including the UK, with focus on privacy compliance and regulatory alignment.

You will lead data sharing initiatives, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure high standards of data governance and security for clinical study data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technology, or healthcare discipline or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant pharmaceutical/scientific experience in biostatistics or clinical programming.
• Strong understanding of data sharing, anonymisation, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage all internal and external data sharing requests from receipt to delivery, ensuring privacy standards and procedures.
• Supervise vendors handling data anonymization and synthetization to meet timelines and quality.
• Act as the primary J&J contact for YODA Project Requests and secure necessary approvals.
• Provide guidance to external research teams using J&J clinical study data.
