Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for an Associate Director, Process Optimization & Digital Operations. This role can be located in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Zug, Switzerland, High Wycombe, UK, Issy-Les France and Beerse, Belgium.

The position supports CRM digital landscape, governance, and operational excellence to ensure audit readiness. You will coordinate super-user forums, vendor delivery, and ensure timely responses to audits while aligning with CRM leadership strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in life sciences, quality, technology, data, or engineering.
• Experience in regulated/pharma environments is preferred.
• Experience supporting process improvement and digital operations.
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Map current-state activities to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.
• Coordinate CRM digital operations and user guidance; support release readiness.
• Lead super-user forums; maintain agendas and learning materials.
• Serve as the day-to-day CRM contact for vendors and service providers.
• Coordinate audits and inspections; assemble evidence and readiness materials.
• Maintain governance calendars and taxonomy support for CRM portal.
• Compile metrics and management reports for CRM OpEx leadership.
