Job summary

RTI Health Solutions is seeking a Director, Expert Insights and Delphi Methodology, to lead Delphi studies and expert-elicitation programs within Medical Communications. You will guide protocol development, recruitment, analysis, and reporting, while shaping methodological and strategic client guidance.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree and at least 5 years of experience in medical communications or related scientific discipline.
• Experience independently designing and leading Delphi studies and other expert elicitation.
• Leadership of virtual and in-person advisory boards and expert panels.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead Delphi studies and expert elicitation from protocol to reporting.
• Define consensus criteria, stopping rules, and analytic approaches.
• Lead advisory boards, steering committees, and expert panels.
• Facilitate discussions with clinicians, payers, patients, and HTA stakeholders.
• Develop study protocols, analysis plans, and interview guides.
• Translate insights into clear conclusions, implications, and recommendations.
• Develop audience-appropriate reports, manuscripts, and presentations.
• Manage multidisciplinary projects to agreed scope, budget, and timeline.
