Job summary

RTI Health Solutions is seeking a Director, Expert Insights and Delphi Methodology to lead Delphi studies and other expert-engagement initiatives. You will provide senior methodological leadership for consensus studies and advisory boards across medical communications and market access programs.

The role offers flexible location (UK, Spain, France or Sweden) with remote options, and requires strong publication, strategy, and client‑facing capabilities across multinational teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive, recent hands-on experience independently designing and leading modified or classic Delphi studies per current guidelines.
• Demonstrated ability to lead active Delphi projects with limited oversight or onboarding.
• Experience leading virtual and in-person advisory boards, steering committees, expert panels, or similar programs.
• Strong scientific writing, synthesis, and data-interpretation skills for concise communications.
• Experience with pharmaceutical/biotech clients and senior-level methodological counsel.
• Ability to scope opportunities, write proposals, and present capabilities to clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead Delphi studies from protocol development to reporting.
• Lead advisory boards and expert panels, and other structured expert-engagement activities.
• Translate stakeholder input into clear conclusions, implications, and strategic narratives.
• Develop study protocols, analysis plans, and data-collection tools.
• Collaborate with medical writers, strategists, editors, and project managers.
