Job summary

RTI Health Solutions, part of RTI International, seeks an experienced Associate Director, Implementation Scientist to lead implementation science programs for pharma and healthcare clients. You will guide project scope, design, execution, and client communications, working across RTI-HS and RTI International teams.

Responsibilities include shaping study designs, applying CFIR/RE-AIM/EPIS models, managing budgets, timelines, and risks, and contributing to business development and capability

Qualifications

• PhD in implementation science or related field with at least 2 years of directly relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementation science projects from scoping to final delivery.

Education

PhD in implementation science or related field + 2 years experience

Master s degree + 4 years relevant experience
