Zusammenfassung

United Infrastructure Ltd is seeking a Head of Digital Delivery in the UK to build and scale a new digital delivery function. You will partner with the Engineering Director to define strategy, governance, and rapid capability growth across BIM, Reality Capture, and data management.

The role blends strategic capability building with hands-on technical leadership, including AI automation for underground cabling, OHL design, and substations, as well as 4D simulations and VR for client reviews.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical/civil engineering, Construction Management, or an accredited digital infrastructure field.
• Experience: 10+ years overseeing BIM frameworks with tools listed above.
• UK T&D sector experience and knowledge of NGET/SSE standards are desirable.

Aufgaben

• Architect and execute the growth strategy for the new Digital Delivery department.
• Translate engineering goals into a measurable digital delivery roadmap.
• Establish KPIs, budgets, and frameworks for high-quality delivery across EPC frameworks.
• Lead AI automation and innovation initiatives for underground cabling, OHL, and substations.
• Govern BIM implementation standards, QA/QC workflows, and data management.
