We're seeking a dynamic leader to oversee income-generation activities at St Luke’s Hospice Plymouth. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic leadership, commercial expertise, and a passion for cause-driven work within a values-led charity dedicated to serving our community in Plymouth and surrounding areas.

With annual operating costs exceeding £13 million, the hospice employs around 300 staff and benefits from approximately 600 volunteers. Your impact will include:

• Leading our retail estate and e-commerce platform (net income target: £1.2 million+)
• Driving innovative fundraising and legacy programs (net income target: £3 million+)
• Overseeing non-clinical operations including estates, facilities, and hospitality
• Advancing our green initiatives and environmental sustainability
• Expanding commercial opportunities aligned with our mission and values
