Job summary

Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is seeking a highly skilled Director of Clinical Services to lead hospice operations and the clinical team. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure the delivery of exceptional patient and family care, maintain regulatory compliance, and support growth and success of the organization.

The ideal candidate brings strong hospice leadership experience, a passion for patient-centered care, and the ability to strategically lead both people and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare experience preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in healthcare.
• Current RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee hospice operations and clinical services, ensuring exceptional patient and family care while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness, driving quality improvement and operational excellence.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the team, fostering accountability, compassion, collaboration and excellence.
• Support Brighton/Suncrest Hospice’s mission, vision and values while partnering with leadership on staffing, budgeting, operational planning and strategic initiatives.
• Drive growth and community engagement by building partnerships and meeting patient, family and community needs.

Qualifications

• Strong, results-driven leader with excellent organizational, strategic, analytical, and project management skills.
• Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate, mentor, and influence others.
• 5+ years of healthcare experience preferred, with hospice experience strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state(s) of practice.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred
