Job summary

Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Head of Operations for Cancer and Outpatient Services to provide visible leadership and deliver agreed objectives and plans.

You will work with Divisional teams to achieve national Cancer Wait Times standards, lead initiatives for cancer and outpatient services, and ensure policies meet patient needs within governance and safety frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Divisional teams to ensure robust CWT/outpatient systems and patient-led services across the Trust.
• Work with the COO, Deputy COO and Divisional teams to identify and deliver cancer priorities with robust CWT/outpatient plans.
• Ensure operational performance across the Trust for CWT/outpatients, patient pathways and continuous improvement.
