Job summary

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust seeks a dedicated leader to head cancer performance, overseeing the cancer patient tracking list (PTL) and coordinating MDT activity across tumour sites. You will report to the General Manager for Cancer Performance & Improvement / Oncology and work with general managers, clinical leads and service managers to ensure accurate reporting.

The post holder will deliver national cancer waiting time performance, MDT governance and cancer pathway knowledge,

Responsibilities

• Lead on cancer performance for the Trust overseeing the management of the cancer patient tracking list (PTL).
• Manage MDT Co-ordinators and reporting on cancer performance to cancer management, Divisions, Executives and external reporting when required.
• Provide specialist knowledge in cancer services including national cancer waiting time performance, MDT meeting management and cancer pathway knowledge across tumour sites.
