Job summary

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with Part 1 or 12 registration.
- Post-registration academic achievement at degree level.
- National practice assessor training or ENB998 equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership to nursing and support staff in Day Case Unit and Burleigh Medical Centre.
- Ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centred cancer treatment delivery.
- Lead and develop staff to achieve excellence in clinical practice and patient experience.
- Support service improvement and strategic development of cancer services.
- Promote continuous learning, quality improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for effective patient flow and governance.
- Participate in the weekend rota to support service delivery.
