Zusammenfassung

RNN Group is seeking a Director of Campus for Dearne Valley College in Rotherham. This permanent, full-time role (37 hours per week) offers a senior leadership position to shape FE provision, drive quality and learner outcomes, and lead curriculum strategy across the campus.

You will line-manage Curriculum Managers, build regional partnerships with local authorities and employers, and work with the Senior Leadership Team to meet funding targets and expand impact across the Group.

Qualifikationen

• FE leadership track record in curriculum strategy and quality improvement.
• Clear insight into FE funding, drivers and regional market needs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and external relationship building.
• Degree or equivalent and recognised teaching qualification at level 5+.

• Build Regional Partnerships: Serve as a key ambassador, forging strong ties with civic leaders, local authorities, employers, and community stakeholders.
• Shape Group Vision: Work alongside the Senior Leadership Team to hit funding targets, expand market share, and uphold the Group's core values.

Department Info

You will report directly to the Vice Principal - Curriculum and play a crucial role in achieving corporate objectives as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. You will be responsible for the line management of two Curriculum Managers and work closely with other Directors and senior leaders across the Group.
