Midlothian Council is seeking a senior building standards professional to lead in the Place Directorate. Hybrid working from Fairfield House, Dalkeith, 36 hours per week, permanent contract, with salary at the first point on the scale.

The role requires a degree in building standards or related discipline, corporate RICS membership or equivalent, and significant Local Authority experience. A full driving licence is essential, and the PSN/security checks apply.
