Job summary

Marrons is a growing UK planning consultancy seeking a senior planner to influence major development and regeneration projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, shape masterplanning strategies and deliver excellence for communities and clients across our Southern region.

You will work within a culture of trust and autonomy, with flexible patterns to accommodate personal needs while maintaining project delivery and client impact.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in planning, urban design, architecture or development consultancy.
• Proven track record in leading major masterplanning and regeneration projects.
• Strong commercial and business development skills with an industry network.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and line management.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and delivery of masterplans for major residential, mixed-use and regeneration projects from visioning through to implementation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and provide strategic advice on development strategies and placemaking.
• Build and maintain key client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser to developers and public bodies.
• Drive business growth through new opportunities, bids and regional business planning.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high-quality standards while driving profitability.
• Champion sustainable development and innovative design and raise Marrons' profile through industry activity.
• Lead, mentor and develop team members to support professional growth and firm success.
