Marrons in London seeks an experienced masterplanning professional to lead major residential, mixed-use and regeneration projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, shape development strategies, and advise clients, landowners and public bodies on planning policy and placemaking.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in planning, urban design, architecture or development consultancy.
• Proven track record leading masterplanning and regeneration projects.
• Strong commercial and business development skills with an industry network.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and delivery of masterplans for major residential, mixed-use and regeneration projects, from visioning through to implementation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and provide strategic advice on development strategies, planning policy, land promotion and placemaking.
• Build and maintain key client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser to developers, landowners, investors and public sector bodies.
• Drive business growth through new opportunities, client development, project bids, tender submissions and regional business planning.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high-quality standards, while driving fee generation and profitability.
• Champion sustainable development and innovative design, raising Marrons' profile through industry networking, thought leadership and speaking opportunities.
• Lead, mentor and develop team members, supporting their professional growth and the continued success of the practice.
