Job summary

Artefact, a global data and analytics consultancy, seeks a Director or Senior Director to lead and grow its Life Sciences practice in the United States. This senior role combines client development with delivering data-driven solutions at the highest level.

You will merge pharma-commercial expertise—sales, marketing, market access, pricing—with advanced data capabilities to shape modern strategic engagements and own a growing book of business.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, or industry roles with a Life Sciences focus.
• Deep familiarity with at least one commercial Life Sciences area (Sales Force Effectiveness, Marketing Analytics, Market Access & Reimbursement, Launch Excellence, KAM, Patient Services, or Pricing & Contracting).
• Strong understanding of the pharma/biotech commercial lifecycle from pre-launch to loss of exclusivity.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a pipeline of Life Sciences clients; hunt new logos and expand relationships.
• Lead end-to-end pursuits: identify opportunities, develop proposals, shape the commercial narrative, and close engagements.
• Engage C-suite and VP-level stakeholders as a trusted thought partner.
• Represent Artefact at industry events and thought leadership activities.
• Collaborate with Artefact's global network to bring GenAI and data engineering into client conversations.
