Job summary

Artefact is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive our US practice, lead high-impact client engagements, and shape analytical strategy. You will own client relationships, translate complex data work into actionable decisions for executives, and contribute to proposals and thought leadership.

You will help build Artefact's US market presence, mentor junior staff, and collaborate across diverse teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance; advanced degree (MBA or MSc) is a significant asset.
• 3–5 years of full-time experience in consulting, data/analytics, marketing, advertising, finance, or tech with client-facing delivery.

Responsibilities

• Defining client needs through discovery with client teams and partners to surface the real problem.
• Performing advanced data analysis and rigorous research to tackle strategic challenges.
• Building and presenting data-driven, boardroom-ready recommendations.
• Developing proposals translating Artefact's capabilities into persuasive value propositions.
• Contributing to thought leadership and business content for market presence.
• Taking full ownership of project delivery, ensuring alignment and schedule., with support from leadership.
• Mentoring junior consultants and interns to strengthen the US team.
