Job summary

Artefact is a Paris-founded data, analytics and AI consulting firm. Our US practice is growing; as a Senior Consultant you will lead high-impact client engagements, shape analytical strategy, and drive delivery excellence from day one.

You will own client relationships, translate data work into boardroom-ready recommendations, mentor junior staff, and help build Artefact's presence in North America.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance; MBA/MSc is a significant asset.
• 3–5 years of full-time experience in consulting, data/analytics, marketing, advertising, finance, or tech with client-facing delivery.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; credibility at senior client level.
• Ability to lead and collaborate across diverse teams; intercultural communication essential.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SQL/Python/R are differentiators.
• Passion for data, digital, and the AI economy.
• Natural teaching orientation and mentoring ability.
• Knowledge of strategy consulting or digital marketing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define client needs and surface real problems through structured interviews.
• Perform advanced data analysis and research to address strategic challenges.
• Build and present data-driven recommendations that are boardroom-ready.
• Develop new business proposals translating Artefact's capabilities into value propositions.
• Contribute to thought leadership and content development.
• Own project delivery with alignment to schedule and client expectations.
• Mentor junior consultants and interns to grow the US team.
