Tetra Tech International Development Europe is seeking a Senior Leader to direct the HEROS 2.0 programme, ensuring robust delivery across humanitarian capabilities and rapid response to crises. You will engage with FCDO as the primary counterpart, steer core teams, and oversee deployments, procurement, and logistics to maximise impact.

Formación

• Minimum 15 years in humanitarian sector and senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale humanitarian programmes with end-to-end management.
• Experience working with FCDO or similar donors in the UK and overseas.
• Knowledge of UN humanitarian system and working with UN programmes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the HEROS 2.0 programme with senior-level oversight.
• Act as main counterpart to the FCDO and coordinate with core delivery teams.
• Ensure effective delivery across early warning, advisory support, deployments, procurement and logistics.
• Provide strategic oversight, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
