Zusammenfassung

RedR UK is seeking an Associate Director of Humanitarian Services and Operations to shape and deliver its humanitarian services portfolio. The role combines programme leadership, client engagement and organisational stewardship in a hands-on, senior leadership capacity.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will translate strategy into actionable plans, budgets and performance targets, ensuring high-quality programmes and sustainable partnerships across diverse humanitarian contexts.

Qualifikationen

• Senior-level experience addressing humanitarian and development challenges.
• Experience leading complex programmes, operations and organisational priorities.
• Ability to secure and manage multi-million-pound partnerships and donors.

Aufgaben

• Set direction for RedR’s humanitarian services portfolio and ensure learning, knowledge-sharing and technical assistance initiatives address key challenges.
• Lead coherent, evidence-informed programmes grounded in context and RedR’s priorities with clear outcomes.
• Champion high-quality learning across face-to-face, online, blended and self-directed approaches with technical leads.
• Ensure approaches to quality, safeguarding, risk, monitoring, evaluation, accountability, learning and adaptation to improve delivery and communicate results.
• Provide strategic oversight of operational function, governance, procurement, information systems and data security.
• Lead and contribute to organisational strategy, budgeting, performance, risk and resilience.
