Citi London is seeking a Director to lead the Global Core Trade Modernisation strategy, building an operating model for scale, digitization, and an improved client experience.

You will head a team of product specialists, align with regulators, risk and operations, and partner across product, sales, technology and compliance to transform the operating model. The role is hybrid, offering a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale, cross-region modernization programs.
• Proven track record transforming high-volume transactional businesses.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own vision and design for Core Trade operating infrastructure.
• Develop and mature roadmaps for infrastructure transformation.
• Collaborate with product, sales, operations and technology to align needs.
• Lead a team of 5-7 product specialists and drive performance.
• Manage program budget and stakeholder communications.
