Job summary

Citi is seeking a senior technology leader to head the Trade and Working Capital Solutions Technology organization. You will guide strategy, architecture and execution to digitize processes, scale operations and reduce risk across 90+ countries.

Lead a large engineering team, align resources with business needs, and drive compliance and governance while delivering rapid client-centric solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in technology leadership for Financial Services, preferably in Transaction Banking.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute Target State Architecture and design strategies in technology transformation programs.
• Proven leader with strong customer orientation and ability to partner with business and IT.
• Extensive experience balancing world-class tech delivery with cost management and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Technology strategy and architecture enabling TTS Trade and Working Capital Product, focusing on digitization.
• Drive transformation and modernize legacy systems with cutting-edge tech stack.
• Provide strategic direction and daily oversight for tech delivery, ensuring governance and compliance.
• Improve cross-product architecture with modern development methods (CI/CD, DevOps, Agile).
• Lead governance, risk, and regulatory programs while driving client experience.
