Job summary

Liberty Blume is seeking a Director of Distribution and Funder Engagement to accelerate growth in the US, UK and Europe. You will connect client financing needs with banks, funds and non-bank investors, shaping financing opportunities and managing partner relationships.

You will lead funder engagement from outreach through onboarding and deal closure, leveraging your market knowledge and network to drive expansion and success across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in structured or transactional banking related to working capital.
• Established network with banks, funds and non-bank investors.
• Experience engaging funding partners through onboarding to closure.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with banks, funds, and investors across US, UK and Europe.
• Identify funders for working capital and structured finance opportunities.
• Lead discussions from initial outreach to onboarding and closure.
• Pitch opportunities with origination and product teams to shape transactions.
• Provide market intelligence on providers and strategic developments.
