Job summary

Liberty Blume in London is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Finance to lead the funding, liquidity and strategic transaction workstreams. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Finance, you will drive end-to-end financing initiatives, capital structure decisions and cashflow planning with senior leadership oversight.

You will own the 13-week cashflow forecast, liquidity headroom analysis and debt headroom, while coordinating with external advisers and cross-functional teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Substantial relevant transaction experience across leveraged finance, debt advisory, investment banking, structured finance, private credit, corporate treasury or a comparable in-house funding role.
• Independent leadership of complex financing, liquidity or strategic transaction workstreams with modelling, diligence and execution.
• Proven track record building complex financial models (3-statement, debt, liquidity, valuation, capital structure).
• Experience coordinating lenders, investors, advisers, due diligence and execution workstreams.
• Strong cashflow forecasting, liquidity management, covenant compliance and funding structure knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Hold end-to-end accountability for financing and capital raising workstreams, including modelling, diligence, reporting and delivery.
• Own liquidity forecasting, cashflow and working capital reporting with defined methodology and standards.
• Lead finance workstreams for acquisitions, divestments, JVs and carve-outs with due diligence and execution.
• Set modelling standards and govern the Corporate Finance model suite for senior leadership outputs.
• Collaborate with Director of Corporate Finance to develop recommendations and options for escalation.
