Job summary

Liberty Blume seeks a Director, Distribution and Funder Engagement to originate and manage relationships with funders across the US and Europe. You will drive growth by sourcing appropriate funders, shaping deals to meet investor requirements, and representing Liberty Blume in high‑level negotiations with strategic partners.

Ideal candidates have established funder networks, strong market intelligence in working capital finance, and a track record of cross‑regional deal origination.

Qualifications

• Experience in communicating with funders and partners (internal/external).
• Ability to evaluate funder needs and source relevant opportunities.
• Facilitate introductions and oversee discussions from initial meetings through to deal closure.

Responsibilities

• Originate discussions and drive partnership development with funders and industry players.
• Act as key contact for funders, representing Liberty Blume to drive growth.
• Support origination by attending on-site meetings in US, UK, Europe with clients and funders.
• Provide market insight into opportunities and investor risk-return profiles.
• Pitch opportunities to funders in partnership with origination and product teams.
• Identify new funders for existing transactions to enable growth on favorable terms.
• Provide market intelligence on working capital financing players, new entrants, and strategic changes.
