Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Director of Finance Systems Engineering to lead the technology strategy for enterprise planning, budgeting, forecasting, and Finance SaaS solutions. You will drive multi-year roadmaps, partner with Finance leadership, and build a performance‑oriented team across planning, software engineering, and data disciplines.

You will partner with Architecture, Data, ML, and Security teams to operationalize AI/ML capabilities in Finance while ensuring alignment

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
10+ years leading enterprise software/finance systems teams.
Experience with multi-team leadership and strategic portfolio planning.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary teams for planning, forecasting, and Finance SaaS solutions.
Partner with Finance to translate objectives into tech strategies and roadmaps.
Own the technology portfolio and multi-year roadmap balancing priorities and debt.
Establish engineering and product practices for speed, value, and reliability.
Develop partnerships with Architecture, Data, ML, and Security teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Manage vendors and partners to ensure delivery and innovation.
Build and nurture a high-performing organization across engineering and product disciplines.
