Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment seeks a Director of Finance Systems Engineering to lead cross-functional teams delivering planning, forecasting, and Finance SaaS solutions. You will partner with Finance to align transformation objectives with technology strategy and drive scalable, secure platforms.

You will guide enterprise-wide initiatives in data, AI/ML, and integration, ensuring architecture alignment with SAP and ERP ecosystems, while building a high-performing team and strong vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise application or software engineering organizations in a large enterprise environment.
• 5+ years leading through managers, including organizational design and talent development.
• Experience leading enterprise scale financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario-modeling platforms.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes and ability to partner with senior business leaders.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration of Finance applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for planning and forecasting platforms, custom Finance solutions, and Finance-related SaaS applications.
• Partner with Finance leaders to translate transformation objectives into technology strategies, roadmaps, and solutions.
• Own the technology portfolio and multi-year roadmap balancing priorities, debt, lifecycle and sustainability.
• Establish engineering practices balancing speed, value, UX, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Develop partnerships with EA, Data/ML, Integration, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity teams.
• Manage technology vendors and partners to ensure delivery and innovation.
• Build a high performing organization across model building, systems analysis, and software engineering.
