Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe Limited seeks a Director of Finance Systems Engineering, a technology and engineering leader who will drive enterprise planning and forecasting platforms, custom Finance solutions, and Finance SaaS applications aligned to SAP ERP.

You'll lead a multidisciplinary team, partner with Finance executives to translate priorities into roadmaps, govern AI/ML enablement, and ensure scalable, secure, and data-driven finance technology.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise software engineering in a large organisation.
• Strong Finance domain knowledge across planning, budgeting, forecasting.
• Proven ability to align technology strategy with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and forecasting platforms and Finance SaaS applications.
• Partner with Finance to translate priorities into technology roadmaps.
• Own multi-year portfolio balancing priorities and debt.
• Establish practices balancing speed, value, UX, scalability and security.
