Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years leading enterprise application or software engineering in a large enterprise.
• 5+ years leading through managers with talent development and succession planning.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario-modeling platforms.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes, SAP ERP integrations, and enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for planning and forecasting platforms, custom Finance solutions, and Finance-related SaaS applications.
• Partner with Finance leaders to translate priorities into technology strategies, roadmaps, and solutions.
• Own the technology portfolio and multi-year roadmap balancing business priorities, debt, and platform lifecycle.
• Establish engineering and product practices balancing speed, value, UX, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Develop partnerships with EA, Data, ML, Integration, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
