Job summary

ConSol Partners is seeking a Senior Cyber Exposure & Vulnerability Manager to own the end-to-end vulnerability management lifecycle across infrastructure, cloud, and applications. You will champion AI-driven triage, remediation prioritisation, and executive reporting, reporting to the Deputy CISO and collaborating with CIO-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in vulnerability management within regulated environments (Financial Services/Insurance preferred).
• Strong understanding of risk scoring, CVSS, threat intel, and asset criticality.
• Experience applying AI or automated tooling to cyber operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end vulnerability management lifecycle across infrastructure, cloud, and applications.
• Lead zero-day response capabilities and remediation prioritisation.
• Drive AI-driven triage, automation, and reporting to leadership.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Cloud, Data, and Architecture to embed vulnerability response in delivery pipelines.
• Define KPIs/KRIs and provide executive-level reporting to CIO and CISO/Board forums.
• Align exposure decisions with risk appetite and regulatory remediation requirements.
