Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment seeks a Director of Ticketing to lead the Ticketing team, ensuring efficient inventory management and optimized sales across channels. The role reports to the VP Ticketing and will manage Event Ticketing Managers, with on-site involvement for major events.

You will drive reporting, reconciliations, and process improvements while collaborating with promoters, venues and agents. Full-time role based in London.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a ticketing team within a promoter or venue.
• Experience delivering ticketing solutions across events up to stadium/festival scale.
• Strong reporting, forecasting and inventory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ticketing for Live Nation events and manage the Event Ticketing Managers.
• Collaborate with VP/SVP of Ticketing on strategy, inventory, and reporting.
• Oversee on-site box office operations and event day services.
• Develop processes to optimise inventory and revenue across channels.
• Provide performance reviews, coaching, and day-to-day support.
