Job summary

Grey Matter Recruitment is seeking an experienced commercial leader for a global sports technology company to drive new business across Europe. This senior role blends enterprise sales with leadership of a four-person commercial team in London.

You will own complex enterprise cycles, build strategic relationships with sportsbooks and iGaming operators, and negotiate premium programmatic media solutions. The role leverages PMPs, Deal IDs, and Salesforce for forecasting and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Win new business with sportsbooks and iGaming operators.
• Sell programmatic media solutions, PMPs and Deal IDs.
• Lead and develop a team of four sales professionals.
• Build senior relationships across marketing and commercial leadership.
• Own complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to close.
• Forecast revenue and manage pipeline through Salesforce.
• Work closely with Product, Trading, Marketing and Customer Success.
