Job summary

Arch Capital Group Ltd. is seeking a Head of Data Platform to define the direction for the enterprise data platform and to shape how data is engineered and operated across the business.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to modernise governance, resilience and turn high-quality data into real business value. You will lead a high-performing team of data engineers and platform specialists, guiding architecture, delivery and cost-management while enabling responsible AI adoption and scalable

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise data platforms.
• Knowledge of platform engineering and DataOps.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, observability and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy, roadmap and operating model for Arch's enterprise data platform.
• Lead design, build and operation of a scalable, secure data platform.
• Drive DataOps, CI/CD, observability and data quality practices.
• Create AI-ready data foundations with governed, modèleled data for analytics/AI.
• Develop platform capabilities supporting AI workloads (MLOps, retrieval, vector stores).
• Ensure security, privacy, regulatory, data governance and responsible-AI standards.
