Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a senior communications leader to set and oversee the EMEA policy communications strategy across EU/UK priorities. You will craft clear narratives, coordinate with Government Relations and industry bodies, and guide a regional team and agency partners to deliver impact at scale.

You will lead advocacy campaigns, supervise executive messaging, and ensure compliant, high-quality materials while tracking regulatory developments and KPIs to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in EMEA policy communications and public affairs.
• Proven ability to run advocacy campaigns on policy and regulatory issues.
• Established relationships with policy journalists and stakeholders in EMEA.
• Strong writing, editorial judgment and ability to simplify complex topics.
• Experience leading large, matrixed teams and advising senior executives.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead the EMEA policy communications strategy aligned to EU and UK priorities.
• Partner with Government Relations and business leaders to craft clear narratives.
• Develop and execute advocacy campaigns on legislative and regulatory proposals.
• Build and maintain relationships with financial policy journalists and opinion shapers.
• Coordinate with industry associations and third-party experts to advance shared positions.
• Create and edit compelling content (briefings, press materials, op-eds, fact sheets, digital content).
• Advise senior executives on messaging, issues, and opportunities; prepare spokespeople as needed.
• Ensure accuracy, risk awareness, and compliance in all materials; uphold editorial standards.
• Track regulatory and political developments across EMEA and translate insights into plans.
• Measure outcomes using KPIs and reporting; optimize based on data and feedback.
• Lead, coach, and develop a regional team; manage external agencies and budgets.
