Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including regional marketing, integrated demand generation, and ABM.
• Proven success developing and executing regional marketing strategies contributing to pipeline and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of enterprise B2B go-to-market models and multi-stakeholder account engagement.
• Experience partnering with senior sales leadership to develop joint business plans and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and execution of an integrated EMEA regional marketing strategy aligned to global priorities and revenue goals.
• Lead regional activation of integrated programs across digital, ABM, content, partner, and experiential channels.
• Collaborate with global marketing functions to translate programs into high-impact regional initiatives.
• Drive regional demand generation, account engagement, pipeline progression, and revenue outcomes.
• Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks; provide actionable insights to regional and global leadership.
• Coach and develop regional marketing talent and build scalable, repeatable processes.
