Job summary

Adobe in London is seeking a Director, Corporate Strategy EMEA to establish the strategic footprint in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and to guide growth in a key international market. Qualifications

• 10+ years of total professional experience with growing levels of responsibility.
• 4+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) overseeing complex strategy projects.
• Project/case experience in Consumer Tech or Enterprise SaaS with understanding of software, digital marketing or digital media.
• Industry experience in Technology preferred; 2+ years in a Senior role at a Major Tech Company (Google, Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, Apple, Salesforce, Spotify, Adyen, Klarna, Revolut).
• Top-tier Undergraduate and Master’s degrees; MBA preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail while keeping the big picture in mind.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong executive presence.
• Creative problem solver with a bias for action.
• Relentless but collaborative – driving constructive cross-functional debates.

Responsibilities

• Establish Adobe Corporate Strategy team's presence in the EMEA region and drive long-term growth.
• Manage a high-performing team and relationships with senior executives.
• Shape and drive the end-to-end strategic agenda for EMEA with clear recommendations.
• Join a highly entrepreneurial team with alumni from top management consulting and digital media.
