Job summary

Talkdesk is seeking a strategic, commercially minded Director of EMEA Regional Marketing to lead regional marketing strategy, execution, and business impact across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This leader will partner with EMEA sales leadership to translate priorities into integrated marketing plans, ABM, digital, partner, and experiential programs that drive awareness, demand, and pipeline.

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead regional marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue.
Experience delivering integrated demand generation across multiple channels.
Strong ABM and account-based engagement expertise.
Collaboration with senior sales leadership to develop joint business plans.
Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and measurement technologies.

Responsibilities

Own the development and execution of an integrated EMEA regional marketing strategy aligned to revenue goals.
Partner with EMEA sales to translate priorities into regional plans across demand generation, ABM, digital, and events.
Lead regional activation of programs across digital, content, partner, customer, and experiential channels.
Collaborate with global marketing functions to maximize impact of regional investments.
Establish KPIs and provide insights to leadership on marketing ROI and pipeline progress.
