Control Risks invites a Director to drive revenue growth for the Discovery + Data Insights practice. You will develop new business opportunities in the eDiscovery market and expand into digital forensics, compliance, investigations, and data analytics.

Lead top‑of‑funnel efforts, campaigns, and client engagement across law firms, corporates, and investigations teams. You will collaborate with D+DI leadership, marketing, and client teams to tailor collateral, events, and AI‑enabled offerings that

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Significant experience in sales, business development, marketing, or related commercial roles.
• Understanding of the eDiscovery buying ecosystem and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business opportunities in the eDiscovery market and related services.
• Create top‑of‑funnel opportunities and support outreach to target accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing, practice leaders, and client teams on campaigns and collateral.
• Manage prospect activity using CRM, track campaigns, and report progress.
• Contribute to business development messaging and event strategies.
