Job summary

TENEX.AI Inc. is seeking a first Customer Success hire in EMEA to own the regional CS strategy and customer relationships. You will build the CS team, scale the function, and partner with regional leadership to drive retention and expansion.

You will manage named strategic accounts, advance onboarding and value realization, and align with global CS standards while adapting to the EMEA market. London-based with cross-EMEA time-zone flexibility.

Qualifications

• Deep background in MDR, managed security services or comparable high-touch B2B SaaS environment.
• Track record of scaling a CS team from ~1 to 5+ people.
• Demonstrated player-coach experience and credibility with strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship for named strategic EMEA accounts as the senior CS contact.
• Build, onboard, and grow the EMEA CSM team and establish regional operating rhythm.
• Partner with EMEA leadership to shape account strategy, expansion planning, and regional go-to-market.
• Own regional metrics: GRR, NRR, and time-to-value; ensure compliance with data-residency needs.
