Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in human services or behavioral health.
• Experience with harm reduction and OTP settings.
• LCPMH/LCSW credentials (Delaware); SUD supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing, onboarding, training, and performance management for clinical teams.
• Ensure compliance with Kolmac/CCG policies and regulatory standards.
• Provide ongoing clinical coaching in Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and Trauma-Informed Care.
• Monitor clinical outcomes, KPIs, and documentation quality.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Executive Director to enhance services.
