The Role:

The Director of Client Success is instrumental in driving client satisfaction and business growth on a global scale.

  • Overarching responsibility for customer satisfaction and retention of Tier 1 accounts (80% brand direct)
  • Management and development of junior team members
  • Product expert; confident translating customer needs into product-led solutions
Needs:

The Director of Client Success should have a solid understanding of the AdTech and Media space.

  • Experience coming from an AdTech vendor or a Media Agency
  • Experience managing Enterprise clients (brand direct)
  • Good technical understanding of the AdTech space
