Job summary

EY-Parthenon in London is seeking an Assistant Director (Senior Manager) to lead operational strategy engagements focused on cost transformation and restructuring. You’ll advise boards, executives and lenders, directing multi-disciplinary teams and shaping delivery of value through practical, data-driven transformations.

You’ll develop go-to-market collateral, coach junior staff, and contribute to the growth of the practice while maintaining strong client relationships across sectors within EY’s

Qualifications

• Specialism/experience in at least three areas: professional services/consulting, Cost Transformation, Operational Restructuring, Value creation in transactions, strong analytical skills and linking operational analysis to financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients across sectors on strategic transformations and cost programmes.
• Lead delivery teams with senior client stakeholders and tight timelines.
• Produce clear, concise, executive-ready reports and recommendations.
• Support business development efforts for pitches and pursuits.
• Coach and develop junior team members to grow the practice.
