• Experience with large-scale operations, data and technology functions.
• Background in enterprise or operating model design.

Responsibilities

• Define the future vision for operational transformation across content domains.
• Translate strategic objectives into executable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Define maturity targets for Straight Through Processing and create structured roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology to accelerate innovation and delivery.
• Develop business cases, investment proposals and progress updates for governance forums.
• Establish governance frameworks, KPIs and benefits tracking across transformation initiatives.
