Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a Director to lead Business Architecture & Transformation for Operations, driving a multiyear modernisation programme across data platforms, tooling and process workflows. The role bridges Operations, Engineering and business teams to deliver scalable operating models for growth and resilience.

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale operations, data and technology functions.
• Understanding of operational excellence, process engineering and automation.
• Experience modernising large-scale data platforms and operational ecosystems.
• Background in enterprise/business architecture or operating model design.

Responsibilities

• Defining the Future Vision and translate objectives into roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Deliver Straight Through Processing transformation and align with technology leaders.
• Reduce infrastructure complexity through standardisation and AI-enabled automation.
• Establish governance, KPIs and benefits tracking across transformation initiatives.
