Job summary

Sophos is seeking a Director of Product Marketing for AI Solutions to lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for the AI security portfolio, including Sophos AI Defense and Fusion AI.

This role is focused on turning technical innovation into pipeline and customer outcomes through cross-functional collaboration with product management, sales enablement, demand generation, and channel marketing.

Qualifications

• Plan go-to-market strategy and messaging for AI security products.
• Translate deep technical capabilities into clear, differentiated stories for buyers, partners, and field.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across product, sales, demand gen, and channel marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning for Sophos AI solutions portfolio and new categories.
• Build and manage the AI narrative across the broader Sophos portfolio.
• Develop launch assets: decks, briefs, web copy, video scripts, battlecards, and partner playbooks.
• Lead end-to-end GTM planning for AI solutions and category launches.
