GSK seeks a senior AI security and governance leader to bridge the gap between technical AI security and business/R&D teams. You will triage AI use-cases, classify for EU AI Act exposure, and guide feasible proposals into delivery while ensuring governance remains practical and efficient.

You will chair AI governance forums, drive risk prioritisation across the portfolio, and advocate for secure, responsible AI adoption.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in cyber security, AI governance or technology risk, including leading teams.
• Translating AI security constraints into practical guidance for business projects and communicating the AI security roadmap to senior business stakeholders.
• Own the business-facing relationship for an enterprise AI programme and govern AI governance forums.

Aufgaben

• Own Cyber Architecture and Solutions's relationship with GSK business functions, R&D and the Enterprise AI programme as the single front door for AI security.
• Lead AI use-case intake and triage: assess GenAI, RAG and agentic proposals against AI architecture standards and route feasible ones into delivery.
• Classify use cases for EU AI Act exposure and apply the NIST AI RMF risk framing, including for AI embedded in GxP-validated and clinical contexts.
• Own the intake decision on every AI use case and sign the decisions the pipeline records.
• Represent the security position in AI governance forums and Responsible AI council.
• Own AI risk and prioritisation scoring across the use-case portfolio.
• Shadow AI discovery and governance of unsanctioned tools by making the governed path faster.
