Job summary

GSK is seeking an AI product leader to shape and deliver a major portfolio of Compliance AI products in a regulated global environment. You will own end-to-end lifecycles, drive a clear roadmap, and establish responsible AI practices across two portfolio areas including Generative and Agentic AI.

You will influence across Compliance, Legal, Analytics, and Tech teams, ensuring scalable, trustworthy solutions with strong governance and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience owning enterprise AI or similar digital products.
• Experience delivering beyond proof of concept into operations.
• Strong leadership across roadmaps, governance, and stakeholder adoption.
• Credibility to guide engineering teams without being primary developer.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of an AI product portfolio from problem definition to production launch and monitoring.
• Translate business needs into a focused product roadmap and measurable outcomes.
• Establish AI methodology aligned with responsible AI framework and governance.
• Provide technical direction and quality oversight across internal teams and partners.
• Build trusted partnerships across Compliance, Legal, Risk Owners, Analytics, and Tech teams.
• Shape the AI innovation pipeline by evaluating new capabilities and business cases.
• Communicate complex technical trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Strengthen organisational capability through coaching and reusable standards.
