Job summary

Nscale seeks a Deployment Engineering Director to lead and scale a high-performing team responsible for core platform systems across the company. You will drive platform initiatives to improve delivery velocity, reliability, and product quality, partnering with Product Management and partner engineering teams to evolve the platform.

You will translate complex challenges into clear execution plans, raise engineering quality, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-moving AI cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 10+ years in Systems Engineering Management or equivalent.
• Experience in large cloud or hyperscale data centers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale an engineering team managing core platform systems.
• Define multi-quarter platform initiatives to improve delivery velocity and reliability.
• Partner with Product Management and engineering teams to evolve the platform.
• Turn ambiguous problems into actionable execution plans and roadmaps.
