Job summary

StoneX Group Inc. seeks a Director, Financial Crime Prevention Data, Analytics & AI to translate the Chief MLRO’s vision into live dashboards, datasets and AI-enabled solutions.

You will personally build and deploy risk analytics, data models and automated tools, replacing manual processes with scalable, auditable capabilities. You will work closely with the Chief MLRO and FCP leadership, shaping a data-driven FCP function across multiple data domains and controls while ensuring sound governance

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Financial Crime transformation or related roles within financial services.
• Strong understanding of AML/CTF, sanctions, and fraud.
• Experience with customer due diligence, screening, transaction monitoring and fraud detection.
• Ability to design practical risk management frameworks and control standards.
• Proven consulting, problem-solving and execution capability; work with executives and regulators.
• Experience in wholesale, institutional, corporate, brokerage, trading or payments environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate FCP methodologies into scalable digital products and data requirements.
• Build prototypes and production-ready dashboards and data models.
• Design data-driven risk assessments and analytics.
• Develop AI-enabled tools and proofs of concept using Claude Code.
• Engage with Chief MLRO and senior stakeholders to align delivery.
• Ensure governance, controls and auditable data across platforms.
